Best Price's Response to the Coronavirus Pandemic

Cancellation Policy: The ongoing outbreak of COVID-19 has resulted in an increased number of travel restrictions and event cancellations. To accommodate these unexpected changes to our customers’ travel plans, Best Price has deemed it appropriate to make the following temporary amendments to our cancellation policy:

If your Cruise has been canceled as a result of COVID-19 (i.e. not canceled by the renter), we will be providing:

  1. If Cancellation Protection Policy (CPP) was purchased, we will provide a full refund minus the cost of CPP ($10) OR a full credit on your account equal to 125% of the value of your rental.
  2. If Cancellation Protection Policy (CPP) was not purchased, we will provide a full credit on your account equal to the value of your rental. This credit never expires and can be used towards a future rental in any location.

If your Event has been canceled as a result of COVID-19 (i.e. not canceled by the renter), we will be providing:

  1. If Cancellation Protection Policy (CPP) was purchased, we will provide a full refund minus the cost of CPP ($10) OR a full credit on your file plus 250 loyalty points (good for a 5% rental discount or $10 off any purchase on https://bpmobility.com/en/shop)
  2. If Cancellation Protection Policy (CPP) was not purchased, we will provide a full credit on your account equal to the value of your rental. This credit never expires and can be used towards a future rental in any location.

If you are canceling a Hotel/Residential booking as a result of a location or establishment being closed due to COVID-19, we will be providing:

  1. If Cancellation Protection Policy (CPP) was purchased, we will provide a full refund minus the cost of CPP ($10) OR a full credit on your file plus 250 loyalty points (good for a 5% rental discount or $10 off any purchase on https://bpmobility.com/en/shop)
  2. If Cancellation Protection Policy (CPP) was not purchased, we will provide a full credit on your account equal to the value of your rental. This credit never expires and can be used towards a future rental in any location.

We recognize the impact that the coronavirus has had upon our customers travel plans. These policy updates waive all cancellation fees, including our typical ‘short notice’ fee, for any rental that is affected by an event/cruise cancellation or location closure.

All other cancellations will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. For more information, please review the rental confirmation email you received from us when you booked.

Equipment Sanitization: While it has always been Best Price’s policy to thoroughly clean our mobility equipment prior to each rental, we are taking steps to ensure our equipment receives additional sanitization during this period. These measures include:

  • Introducing hospital-grade, broad spectrum multi-surface cleaner and disinfectant product to all our locations. This disinfectant kills 99.999% of germs and is effective against emerging viral pathogens.
  • As always, every piece of equipment will be wiped down prior to delivery. This includes handles, armrests, footrests, wheel locks, seat and back.

We will maintain these standards as we continue to evaluate the situation.
