Pride Elite Traveller --- what is difference between Std and Plus, or Std with extended battery and plus?

I have a Pride Go-Go Elite Traveler off times when I first turn the key on it just beeps and won't move what generally is the problem

Answer :
Have you checked the Freewheel lever on the back? Is it in Drive? Turn the unit off, place the yellow "Freewheel" lever into the Drive position, and make sure its locked in tight. Then turn the unit back on.
